The Krafty Italian is an Irish family business creating DIY wood craft kits, children’s craft classes, camps and creative craft parties. All of our wooden products are designed and laser cut in-house in Ireland.
We are based in Malahide, Dublin in Ireland
The Krafty Italian office hours are from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. These hours may vary due to other commitments. Our office is not open on the weekends or bank holidays. Emergency contacts outside of these times may be available.
Our classes, parties, workshops and special events may take place outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends depending on availability and existing bookings. If you are looking for a specific date or time, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
As a small family business, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and busy seasonal periods, as availability can be limited.
At present, we operate online for our products or through our craft classes, camps and parties. You can see some of our products on our social media pages.
Our DIY wood craft kits are made using high-quality MDF sourced in Ireland. It is FSC® certified, comes from responsibly managed forests and meets the European E1 standard for low formaldehyde emissions. It is also CARB Phase 2 compliant.
Every kit is designed and laser cut by us in-house at our premises in Malahide, Dublin.
Yes. Many of our products can be personalised with names, dates, family names, special messages and custom wording.
We can discuss different ways to do this, just get in touch and we will be more than happy to figure out the best option for you.
We can also create many products in different languages, helping you celebrate the people and moments that matter most.
Yes. One of the advantages of designing and laser cutting in-house is that we’re often able to create completely bespoke designs tailored to your requirements.
If your request requires significant design work or a completely new design, an additional design fee may apply.
We will always discuss this with you and obtain confirmation from you before proceeding.
Absolutely. We create gifts for birthdays, communions, confirmations, weddings, anniversaries, new babies, teacher gifts, new homes, retirements, memorials and many other occasions.
Unless stated otherwise, items are created based on the information you provide at checkout.
Please double-check spelling, dates, names and any wording before submitting your order.
Non-personalised items may be eligible for return in line with Irish consumer law.
Personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
We take great care when packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and the packaging.
We’ll look into it straight away and do everything we can to put things right as quickly as possible.
We’re a small Irish family business, so every order genuinely matters to us.
We don’t mass produce thousands of products. Every DIY craft kit and personalised keepsake is designed and created with care in our own studio, drawing on over 17 years of experience working with children and families.
Every item is carefully checked, beautifully packaged and thoughtfully presented, so opening the box feels like opening a gift.
