We are a small family team behind The Krafty Italian, and everything we create is personal to us. I’m Lisa, and creativity has always been a huge part of my life. Before starting The Krafty Italian, I spent over 17 years working as a Montessori teacher, where I saw first-hand the value of hands-on creativity, independence, confidence and meaningful experiences for children and families. That experience still influences everything we do today – from the way our DIY craft kits are designed to the importance we place on imagination, creativity and making memories together.

Lisa looks after all of the designing, painting, classes and parties, while Bernard carefully handles the laser cutting and engraving of our wooden crafts, personalised gifts and custom creations.
Then there’s Sharkey, our little quality controller, who likes to keep a close eye on everything behind the scenes.
Whether someone comes to us with an idea for a bespoke personalised gift or chooses one of our DIY craft kits to create themselves, every order is made with care, attention to detail and genuine pride in what we do. For us, it has never been just about the finished product.
