For customers choosing our Wood Kit + Paints & Glue option, we only supply CE-marked, child-safe paints and glue that comply with EN71 toy safety standards.
These products have been selected to help provide a safe and enjoyable crafting experience when used as directed and under appropriate adult supervision.
No. Our kits are supplied unpainted and unassembled by design, allowing every child or adult to create something completely unique.
Our kits do not come with paint and glue unless otherwise specified.
You can use acrylic paints, paint pens, markers, pencils, crayons, glitter, gems, ribbon, moss, pom poms, feathers, decoupage and mixed media and many other craft materials.
The smooth surface is ideal for painting and decorating but a light sanding can be done if you prefer a smoother finish on unpainted or painted wood.

Our products are designed for indoor use only unless otherwise stated. They should be placed in a sheltered area if used outside.
They should be stored in a dry environment when not in use.
The products can be used outdoors only if sealed with a suitable exterior varnish.
Our kits are made using 3.5mm MDF sourced from sustainable suppliers in Ireland. The laser-cut edges may be slightly rough and may have slight darkened finish (normal characteristic). This is normal and not considered a defect.
Some natural residue may be present on the surface to remove this just wipe gently with a dry cloth.
As this is a natural wood product, slight variations in colour and grain may occur.
There might be a slight burnt smell when you first open the bag/box but this is completely normal and expected with laser cut wood.
The smell will go away.
No. Our products are decorative craft items and DIY kits, not toys.
Our DIY kits are intended for supervised craft activities.
They are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts and are not designed for unsupervised time.

Yes. Because we design and manufacture in-house, we can often create bespoke themes, names and personalised projects.
Not at all. Many families already have everything they need at home. A few colouring pencils, markers, crayons or paints are often enough to get started. Some children enjoy adding extras such as ribbon, buttons, cotton wool, fabric scraps, leaves, feathers or gems but these are completely optional. The creativity comes from the child, not the supplies.
